Anything over 1000 sqft would require a 4-hour minimum appointment so that we can cover our 40 point move out cleaning checklist. Anywhere over 2000 sqft has a 6-hour minimum to go over our move out cleaning checklist. From ceiling fans to baseboards and literally everything in between we clean everything and pay attention to minute details other companies may look over.

Yes, your cleaners bring all of their own supplies, garbage bags, mop buckets, vacuums, and all of their equipment has been prior sanitized to ensure no cross-contamination from one cleaning to the next. There is a small service fee of 5% added to each bill, this helps us to make sure we have the best products on hand for your cleaning.
