The Rules on Scheduling Recurring House Cleaning Services
Whether you are moving or not and are looking for a one time cleaning what we do is schedule a 4 hour minimum and deep clean off of our 40-point move out cleaning checklist. If you'd like a cleaning every 2-weeks or monthly we can quote those recurring cleaning services after an initial deep cleaning and you would not be charged an hourly rate again. You will receive a price for ongoing services after we have deep cleaned for you at least once.
Anything over 1000 sqft requires an hourly rate, anything under 1000 sqft we have flat rates with contingencies (max cleaning time frames). We do not make appointments for anywhere over 1000 sqft for under 4-hours as we are a deep cleaning service and need at least that to take care of everything found on our move out cleaning checklist.

Using a Bissel Big 10 commercial carpet machine we are able to rid some of the heaviest stains and smells we have encountered; though not every stain can be visibly lifted, this treatment works exceptionally well on odors.
