How To Get On Our Schedule
There is a $75.00 deposit due at time of scheduling your appointment and will come via SquareUp email (processing and 5% service fee included).
Deposit is due same day to be put on our schedule. If there are any changes to be made please allow a minimum of 48 hours in advance to confirm those appointment changes/cancelations in order to receive your deposit back. After the cleaning your deposit will be deducted from the remainder of the total bill which will also be sent via email and is due at time of service.
You may write a check to So Clean VA Beach LLC and give it to one of our employees otherwise Venmo payment @SoCleanVirginiaBeachLLC with invoice number will avoid processing fees on the final bill.
Is there a Cleaning Guarantee?
After we leave if you are unable to be present at that time you will have 24 hours in which to walkthrough and make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
What are the Fees?
If you are paying with a credit card and unable to use Venmo or other free money transfer options there will be a processing fee included however may be dropped if payment is made writing a check or through Venmo (please see invoice for details).
How Do I Get an Estimate?
You may fill out the form on any page of our website and someone from our staff will get back with you as soon as possible to discuss your request and quote you on how long a job might take.
We start anything over 1000 sqft with a 4 hour minimum and anything over 2000 sqft with a 6 hour minimum to go over everything listed on our 40 point move out disinfection checklist (regardless if you are moving) thoroughly.
We never estimate a final cost as we never know how long it will take until we get there!
