Cancellations or rescheduling must be handled at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled cleaning service to avoid non-reversal of the deposit should you need to cancel entirely or reschedule the date. A 1000 sqft space will usually require a 4-hour minimum for booking purposes, as a 1500-2000 sqft home can typically take approximately 4-6 hours to thoroughly deep clean and complete our 40-point cleaning checklist. 2000 sqft or more will require a 6-hour MINIMUM (2 cleaner crews only, 4 hours minimum if three cleaner crews) to complete our checklist. Homes with more square feet have more... baseboards, walls, ledges, corners, cabinets, ceiling fans, windows, etc. Typically, more square footage requires anywhere from 6 to 9 hours to complete thoroughly. We cover areas mentioned above, including hand washing all baseboards, windows, sills, and lock ledges, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and all cabinetry inside and out, to name a few.
