We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Third-party purchases. If you purchased our products from another retailer or marketplace, please get in touch with them directly—they’ll handle the return under their policy.

What’s eligible for a return
- Unopened, unused products in original, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery or in-person purchase
- Proof of purchase (order #, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
What’s not eligible
- Candles that have been lit (used)
- Wax melts that have been opened or used.
- Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Gift Card.s
- Damaged packaging or missing components (e.g., removed labels, missing lids) unless damage occurred in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer box, packing materials, and the damaged/incorrect item
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Please email us via the Contact page on our website (include your order #, item(s), and reason).
- We’ll reply with next steps and, if approved, a return authorization and address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with adequate padding.
Tip: keep your tracking number—returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect approved returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card to post the credit.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The customer pays return shipping unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged/defective.
