A few rules.. 
We require a $75.00 deposit to be added to our schedule at the time of scheduling your appointment.

Cancelations/rescheduling must be handled 48 hours prior to cleaning service to avoid non-reversal of deposit should you need to cancel entirely.

ANY area over 1000 sqft will require a 4-hour MINIMUM for booking purpose as a 1500-2000 sqft home can typically take approximately 4-6 hours to thoroughly deep clean and complete our 40 point move out cleaning checklist, Virginia Beach.

ANY area over 2000 sqft will require a 6-hour MINIMUM to complete our checklist.

Homes 3000 sqft or more have more everything; baseboards, walls, corners, cabinets, ceiling fans, windows, and typically require anywhere from 6-9 hours to thoroughly complete our 40 point move out cleaning checklist.

We cover areas as mentioned above like hand washing all baseboards, windows, sills and lock ledges, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and all cabinetry inside and out to name a few.
